In my course of work as Pilates instructor, I have seen many clients with knee problems and experiencing knee pain even in normal individual without any injuries. Most of us do not seem to know how to “stand” properly and engaging the knees and many have asked how they can practise “standing” by engaging their knee to prevent knee problems like bow legged or knocked knees.
