Pilates for Core Strength is a variety of Pilates Exercises that gives a total core workout! Pilates for Core Strength challenges the whole body to be "in form". In Core Pilates, the body weight is supported on adjustable tabs that gives you a thousand variations for the body to be challenged in different positions, i.e you are being suspended. Pilates for Core Strength is also known as Pilates Suspension System. Core Pilates can be done lying down, prone position, standing up, kneeling, on your back and more. It is a great regime to work those arms and legs in combination with core.
