DIY Pilates

DIY Pilates also known as Do-It-Yourself Pilates is a flexible Pilates Exercises workout program that you can do at your own pace, with your goals in mind. Each DIY Pilates program is unique and is changed every 10 sessions.

The Pilates Instructor will take a single private training session of 60 minutes to go through the Pilates Exercises regime. After each, you can follow the exercises regime on the ipad for the remaining 10 DIY Pilates sessions.. A workout program sheet will be provided throughout the 10 sessions. In the last session of DIY Pilates, the Pilates Instructor will take 15 minutes to review your program and discuss your next pilates progression. A package of 10 sessions DIY with 1 FREE Private Training starts from $469.

We also offer Semi Private DIY Program that consists of 5 Pilates Private Training and 10 DIY Pilates Training. The rate starts from $699 and is valid for 3 months.
