Posture Pilates

Improve Posture with Pilates in Singapore Pilates Central & Rehabilitation through Postural Review conducted by master trainer, Joanna Ng. We can provide fresh insight and new angles to solving your health problems, like chronic neck pain and shoulder pain, lower back injury as in slipped disc, scoliosis, frozen shoulder and more . Quotations and analysis are provided in a Postural Review, which is a no-holds-barred, 45 minutes one on one private consultation at $50.

You are expected to arrive 15 minutes prior your appointment to fill up a 4 page health declaration and health history. In most cases, you will be given a spinal analysis both seated, standing or lying down depending on your health history.

Types of Postural Reviews

  • If you have neck & shoulder issues with symptoms like pain down both sides of the neck, numbness in the arms or fingers, throbbing pain in the forearm, headaches, dizziness, difficulty in breathing and more, your review will focus on specifics in the neck vertebrae and a thorough review of the shoulder girdle musculature.
  • If you have hip & lower back pain with symptoms like persistent dull ache that borders on pain at the side of the waist above and around the pelvic bone, sore hip with tightness running down the side of the legs and numbness in the back of the leg and sometimes numbness in the big toe area, your review will focus on hip stabilization, movement of the pelvis, gait patterning and its relation to spinal articulation.
  • If you have knee, ankle & toe issues with symptoms of pitching pain on the inside of the knee when you jog or run, dull pain on knee caps either going up and down the stairs, strain at the back of the legs or calves muscles or can’t bent your knee more than 90 degrees, you will be given a lower body alignment test and checks on your functional range of motion and gait movement.
