We drew inspiration from those who turned up consistently to do your program, be it "Do It Yourself" program, group classes or privates one on one, you are why we are here!
As you know, it takes tons of awareness to make Pilates part of your life. Like making sure chest is lifted, neck lengthen and shoulders relaxed and arms draping downwards and more. So for those who knows what we are talking about, this muscle re-programming takes time and loads of commitment. As we know, we adopted our bad habits from years of abuse, though it does not take years to correct, it certainly takes more than a couple of sessions to get back in alignment.
So, we hope like us, your passion and love for life will make the difference!

We have had several request for workshops on how to work on a certain equipment, like the Fitball and Dyna Band at home or on the road. Others include how to stretch better during runs or release certain tightness in the body like the hamstrings or IT band.
