Pilates Pain Relief exercises help to relieve Back Pain, Neck Pain, Shoulder Pain, Knee Pain, Arthritis and more! Pain Relief Pilates exercises are low impact exercises that help to strengthen and stretch the muscles that hold the joints in place.

We suffer from back pain, neck pain, shoulder pain, knee pain due to routine activities, overtraining and stress. The muscles and tissues that surround and support these joints are weak and tight. Pilates exercises work on the deep transverse abdominal muscles (instead of superficial muscles compared to gym work), and stretch the tight muscles thereby lengthening the muscles as well as strengthen them.
