Pilates Workshops in Singapore Pilates Central & Rehabilitation are conducted last week of every month. Pilates Workshops are target at Back Pain, Shoulder Pain, Neck Pain, Knee Pain, Spinal Conditions and more.
In each Pilates Workshop session, we teach clients how to effectively release tight knots at specific spots using a variety of Pilates Apparatus like Spiky Ball, Foam Roller and Multi-Balance Stones. Each Pilates Workshop is an hour long and is done on the Pilates Machine. Specific Pilates Exercises also will be given to participants at the end of the workshop for them to do on their own.
