At Pilates Central & Rehabilitation, we focus on mindful, conscious movement that engages body and mind. Our Rehabilitation Training System improves strength, flexibility, co-ordination, concentration, balance and posture.
Routine activities, overtraining, and stress all create muscle imbalances. These imbalances can lead to pain, fatigue and immobility. Restoring a healthy balance is not only important to our physical form, but also our long term wellness.
Getting Started!
Initial rehabilitation sessions at Pilates Central & Rehabilitation include an evaluation to thoroughly assess your current condition. A one-on-one personalized rehabilitation program is developed to meet your desired goals.
We incorporate a variety of methods like Gyrotonic and Gyrokinesis, Pilates – the clinical approach, neuromuscular re-programming, joint mobilization and re-alignment, progressive stabilization technique; including therapeutic bodywork like myofascial release. Functional training is an important aspect of rehabilitation.
