What is Personal Training?
Personal Training can be so many different things depending on your fitness goals - that's what makes it personal!
You can choose to train with us 5 times each week if you like, twice per week, once per week, once every two weeks or even once every month.
At the very least, you should visit us once every 6 weeks to make a few changes to your program so as to make sure you’re always progressing and experiencing results. Many stayed
on the same program for a long period of time and wonder why they are no longer experiencing changes in their fitness level.
Regular up-dates is the critical key to ongoing progress.
We have helped so many different clients over the years from beginners, elderly individuals, people experiencing back, neck, knee and shoulder problems, athletes, runners, cyclists,
pre/post natal, obese clients, diabetic individuals, others with osteoporosis, cancer, scoliosis, disorder of the muscular skeletal or just maintaining a balanced lifestyle.
